In the support room all visitors which requested for support will be available. All online agents can assign any visitor to serve him. Once an agent assigned the visitor, other one cannot assign it again.
From the profile tab, agent can update his password.
If agent need to check the previous history, he can check on this tab. Agent can check only own served visitor history. To check the history first select the date range and click on go button. The list of served visitor will show up dropdown and now agent can select visitor email id from the dropdown list and history would be show up in window given below.
